Installing Mind Reasoner

Steps

1. Visit Mind Reasoner’s website (https://www.mindreasoner.com) and download the MacOS app

2. Open the .dmg file and drag the app to your Applications folder

3. Launch the app via Launchpad or the Applications folder

4. Follow the onboarding screen to sign up with one-click using your Google or Microsoft login

5. Begin analysis of transcripts through the Mind Reasoner interface

Troubleshooting

• Mind Reasoner won’t open? Check MacOS Gatekeeper settings

• Login issues? Ensure OAuth permissions are enabled in Google/Microsoft
