Disconnecting Zoom from Mind Reasoner

Via Mind Reasoner App:

1. Open the Mind Reasoner app

2. Navigate to the Settings menu

3. Scroll to Integrations

4. Toggle off the Zoom integration

Via Zoom Marketplace:

1. Sign into the Zoom App Marketplace web portal

2. In the top navigation bar, click Manage > Added apps

3. Locate Mind Reasoner and click Remove

4. Confirm removal

De-authorization impact:

• Your Zoom data is no longer accessible by Mind Reasoner

• All user data is deleted unless needed for active services

• Users are notified when data is deleted on request

Request deletion:

Email support@reasoner.com to request deletion. Confirmation will be sent.
