Connecting Zoom to Mind Reasoner

Integrate your Zoom account with Mind Reasoner for transcript analysis

Via Mind Reasoner app

  1. Open the Mind Reasoner app

  2. Navigate to the Settings menu

  3. Scroll to Integrations

  4. Toggle on Zoom integration

  5. Authenticate using your Zoom account

Via Zoom

  1. Sign into the Zoom web portal to access My Account

  2. Click on Settings in the navigation panel, then click on the Recording tab

  3. Toggle on Cloud recording. Make sure Zoom Meeting, Record audio-only files, Add a timestamp to the recording, and Display participants’ names in the recording are checked on.

  4. Toggle on Automatic recording. Make sure to toggle on Record in the cloud.

  5. Open Zoom and click “Record” during a meeting (if it’s not recording automatically)

  6. After the meeting ends, Zoom will generate a transcript and stored on the Zoom web portal > My Account > Recordings & Transcripts > Transcripts where you can access and manually download transcripts

  7. Open the Mind Reasoner app, and upload or connect your Zoom account to access the transcript analysis

Troubleshooting

  • Transcription not appearing in Mind Reasoner? Ensure your Zoom plan supports Cloud Recordings

  • Connection issues? Retry from the Integrations Settings
